Event Details
Emergency Contacts: Tommy Fredrickson (for cell phone number, see December 1 Parent Square post to parents).
Student Transportation: Students should report directly to Woods Elementary. Those that drive themselves may drive to BHS after the event. Others will walk from Woods to BHS.
Performer Attire
Casual school attire. All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.
Equipment List
Woods provides: music stands, acoustic piano, orff instruments and mallets.
Mr. Fredrickson brings:
Double bass, Jazz Bass, strap, 9V battery, bass amp, power strip, cable, drum set
Students bring:
Sheet music, sticks, horns
Itinerary
7:45am: Students check in at Woods Office and then head to MPR.
8:05am: Performance/Q&A/Activity Session 1
8:50am: Performance/Q&A/Activity Session 2
9:35am: Pack up equipment. Students drive themselves or walk to BHS (with Mr. Fredrickson) and return to 1st period.
