Meals Provided/$ for Meals Needed: Bring a sack lunch to eat when we return to school (we should be back to ASI in time for students to eat in the cafeteria, but bringing a lunch/snack is recommended in case we run late)

Symphonic Band Performs: 10:30 am
Spectator Parking: Available on streets near Matilda Torres HS. Be aware of restrictions in school lots.

Important Reminders
Students should arrive at school wearing their concert attire, and bring school clothes to change into when we return (if they’d like to change for their afternoon classes)
Leave backpacks in the Band room.
Packing List
Instrument, Music, etc.
Sack Lunch (we should be back to ASI in time for students to eat in the cafeteria, but bringing a lunch/snack is recommended in case we run late)
Percussion: Bring all sticks, mallets, & equipment assigned by Mr. Power
Itinerary - Symphonic Band
8:25 am Report to ASI Bandroom in Concert Attire/Get instruments & music from lockers
8:35 am Load Bus (leave backpacks on the racks or in lockers)
8:45 am Depart for Matilda Torres HS
9:30 am Arrive at Matilda Torres HS and check in
10:00 am Warm Up
10:30 am Alta Sierra Symphonic Band Performance
11:00 am Sight-Reading/Clinic
11:30 am Put instruments away and head to the buses
11:35 am Load buses
11:45 am Depart for Alta Sierra
12:30 am Arrive at Alta Sierra/Change back into school clothes if you want to
12:35 pm Go to lunch
1:20 pm Go to 6th and 7th periods as usual
