Festival Details
Emergency Contacts: Tommy Fredrickson (for cell phone number, see December 1 Parent Square post to parents).
Student Transportation: No transportation is provided. Students will need to have their own transportation to and from Bullard H.S.
Spectators: All daytime performances are open to the public, but there may be a fee for admission. Please check the festival website for more info.
Parking: Festival location is at NE corner of campus.
Note: The Saturday evening concert is at the Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall. Attendance for students is optional, but encouraged. A separate ticket must be purchased through the event website below. No transportation is provided to or from this second venue.

Sheet Music, scores, festival packets, 4 cables, vibe mallets, shekere, timbale sticks, drum sticks, cowbell, 2 extension cords, surge protector, keyboard pedal, keyboard AC Adaptor, guiro/stick, mutes.
Students bring their own instrument(s) and all accessories. Shared equipment coordination below. Verify that all equipment you need is on this list.

Alta Sierra Jazz Band
8:45am Call time at Bullard High School. Meet outside Band Room.
9:00am Warm-Up (Band Room)
9:25am Performance (Theatre)
9:50am Clinic (N75)
10:15am Store shared equipment in a designated location. ASI students officially dismissed for day. Students will receive wristbands for entrance to the theater to watch other bands, but they will not be supervised.
Buchanan Jazz Band B
12:40pm Call time at Bullard High School. Meet outside Band Room.
12:55pm Warm-Up (Band Room)
1:25pm Performance (Theatre)
1:55pm Clinic (N75)
2:25pm Store shared equipment in a designated location. BHS Jazz B students officially dismissed for day. Students will receive wristbands for entrance to the theater to watch other bands, but they will not be supervised.
